Online Store Terms
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or have permission from a parent or guardian to use this website. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Product Information
We specialize in luxury bulk human hair. Due to the nature of raw and natural hair, slight variations in texture, color, and pattern may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including suspected fraud, product availability, or errors in pricing or product descriptions.

Shipping
Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days via USPS after processing. Custom orders may require an additional 3 business days before shipping.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy. Hair must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return. Installed, washed, dyed, bleached, or altered hair cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Custom colored hair and special orders are final sale.

All content on this website, including logos, branding, images, and product descriptions, is the property of The Brihive and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability
