Brihive Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, hair must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition it was received. Hair must not be installed, washed, dyed, bleached, or altered and must remain in its original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on hair that has been opened, worn, or tampered with.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

All custom colored hair and special orders are final sale.
